The PawsitiveGrit™ Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping That Respects Your Time

We know you’re eager to stop the struggle with clippers and start the game.

  • Processing: All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery: Once shipped, your board typically arrives within 7–14 business days.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email the moment your board begins its journey.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: PawsitiveGrit™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. However, if your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't seen it, contact us within 48 hours and we will help you open an investigation with the carrier.

Cancellations

Changed your mind? We offer full cancellations as long as your order has not yet entered the shipping process. If you need to cancel, please email us immediately at hello@pawsitivegrit.com. Once an item has been dispatched, the 30-Day Grit Guarantee applies.

Our 30-Day "Grit" Guarantee

Unlike many competitors who offer no refunds once a product is used, we believe in our product.

  • The Trial Period: We encourage you to give your dog a full 30 days to get accustomed to the board.

  • Not the Right Fit? If your pup doesn't take to the board within 30 days, reach out to us. We will provide instructions on how to return your board for a full refund of the purchase price.

Damages & Replacements

If your order arrives with any defects or damage from shipping, please notify us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
