The Refund: If your dog doesn’t take to the board within 30 days, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price. No stress, no guilt.

We offer full cancellations on all orders prior to shipment.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
Once an order has been dispatched and is in the hands of the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled, and our 30-Day Grit Guarantee process begins.
Please inspect your order upon reception.
Defects: If the item is defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the issue.
Resolution: We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement board immediately at no cost to you.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.
Timeline: Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
